Hello, I need some help.  I am trying to buy a property through a post foreclosure auction.  But I just found out that the property on 4888 Occoquan club dr in Woodbrigde has some issues.

1.  Mold in the property.  don't know for how long but the house has been vacant for atleast 5 months.

2.  Septic system isn't up to code.  House is only liscensed for a 4 brm septic but the house has 5 brms.  Also, no record of any septic maintance for 30 years.

Is there something I should do before I pursue this house or should i just forget it and move on?
