Could you provide a link to the listing so I can take a look at it? Thanks! Jim Lamb | Product Manager

Hello Alexander,
"Listing Alert: yes" Means that the seller has accepted an offer on the
property and the list agent has flagged the listing on MLS as “active, accepting
backup offers”.
“Alert comments: sellers request” Means that they have done this per the
sellers request. Often times they will specify a date or a milestone during the
transaction that they are waiting for i.e. inspection, purchase & sales
signing or mortgage contingency. Once this date or step has been met they will
generally change the status to “under agreement” and take the property off the
market.
I hope that this helps.
As always if you would like to discuss please don’t hesitate to contact me
directly. (sean.valiton@redfin.com)
