Searching for the North End in Boston, I can click on the "Stats & Trends" link to get a page summarizing the market. It looks like the condo prices in that area haven't dropped much over the past year or two and have stayed in the 560-600 $/sqft range. Currently they are at the lower end of that range. http://www.redfin.com/neighborhood/1886/MA/Boston/North-End-Waterfront Jim Lamb | Product Manager

Hi there, According to the MLS, this past year there were 72 condos sold in the North End with an average sales price of about $424,446 and an average price per square foot of $610. The year before, there were 92 condos sold averaging at about $455,258 or $621 PSF. So on average there's been about a 7% drop in prices in the North End. Please keep in mind that this is just an average including all condos below $100,000 and over $1mil. I can narrow it down even further with more specifics about a certain price range you're looking in. Please feel free to contact me directly with any more questions.
