Hi there, I've noticed from a quick search of our local MLS, that outside deeded parking spaces in the South End have been pricing around $40K-$45K. The real value is what you're willing to pay for it. Looking at the spot you may be able to negotiate the price depending on how big/small it is, how accessible it is, etc. and of course, if it's a tandem spot, it'll be worth less than that.
