Hi! I am probably going to use Redfin to sell my home because of distatisfaction with normal realtor quality. They seem to just throw it on the MLS and sit back and wait. I figure I can do the same and save $20K with a service like Redfin  However, I couldn't find the detail I need to compare against other web based brokers. Can you help me answer the following? - Does the package include Realtor.com showcase like some of the other web based realtors?
- Is a Virtual Tour option available?
- How many MLS pictures are included in the full Sellers package?
- How many color flyers are included?
- Is the listing tagged for google and yahoo general address searches?
- Are there charges to switch out pictures, change the description, etc?
- Does the price include multiple MLS areas (my area uses two usually)
- Does the price include multiple category listings? My home is zoned as a triplex but really is more of a residential set up, so I wanted to list under normal "2 homes on one lot" and as as and income Triplex.
- Are there any extra charges/fees I should know about (editing fees, coordinator or adminsitrative fees, signage fees, etc.)

Thank you for your interest in Redfin.
Here are the answers to your questions:
- Does the package include Realtor.com showcase like some of the other web based realtors? The package does not include the showcase package on Realtor.com. It includes the basic listing showing price, size, and the primary picture.
- Is a Virtual Tour option available? Our package includes professional photography including still shots and a virtual tour.
- How many MLS pictures are included in the full Sellers package? We post the maximum number of pictures the applicable MLS allows us to post.
- How many color flyers are included? We provide our sellers with a color .pdf flyer and our sellers are responsible for printing the flyers. Sellers can distribute the soft copy as they wish.
- Is the listing tagged for google and yahoo general address searches? The listing is tagged for Google but does not currently feed into Yahoo.
- Are there charges to switch out pictures, change the description, etc? There is no charge for updating the listings.
- Does the price include multiple MLS areas (my area uses two usually) We typically post in one MLS but if there is a crossover, we can post in several MLS’
- Does the price include multiple category listings? My home is zoned as a triplex but really is more of a residential set up, so I wanted to list under normal "2 homes on one lot" and as as and income Triplex. We’ll have to look at this case by case. We typically do not list anything other than SFR’s and condos.
- Are there any extra charges/fees I should know about (editing fees, coordinator or administrative fees, signage fees, etc.) Our sellers are responsible for the $500 non-refundable up front fee, $3500 at close (only if the property sells), the commission to the buyer’s agent (at least 2.5%), and applicable closing costs negotiated in the purchase contract. Our listing contract is for 120 days. Should the seller opt to extend the listing, another non-refundable $500 is charged.
