PS is a status indicicator and typically means "Pending Sale" or "Pending Show."

Pending sale or pending show both mean that the seller has accepted an offer on the listing and the listing is no longer active and now Pending. There are some instances in which the seller/agent will allow other interested parties to view the home and potentially submit back up offers, but this is something that would have to be confirmed by the listing agent.
